Proper part identification is essential to maintaining that high quality rating. Aero-Spaces uses current, Boeing-approved methods for permanent and temporary part marking, especially the Sten-C-Labl system. This versatile system, when combined with database-driven stencil creation allows for a very accurate and highly individualized stencil. We can include things like FWD EOP arrows, quality stamps (when given transfer authority), or just about anything else you may need included with your part mark.
Aero-Spaces, LLC. is also approved for very minor rework such as touch-up paint and minor deburring. However, frequent paint issues or problematic burrs are symptomatic of a malfunctioning process and should be evaluated from a systemic point-of-view.
